“Scalvo replaced a roadmap item that would've eaten a full quarter. We connected Meta, Google, and TikTok in a single afternoon and never looked back.”

What slows performance agencies down?

1

Pacing is checked by hand

Someone opens every ad account each morning to see who is over or under budget. Miss a day and a client overspends.

2

Creative tests live in sheets

Which hooks won, which were paused and why is scattered across sheets, Slack threads and memory.

3

Problems surface too late

A broken pixel or a disapproved ad set is found days later, in the weekly report.

4

Every buyer has their own rules

Rules for scaling and killing ads exist in people's heads, so results depend on who is on the account.

What we build for performance agencies

Concrete tools, built on the official APIs, under your brand.

Pacing monitor

Every account checked against plan each morning. Over and under pacing goes to Slack with the suggested change.

Creative testing engine

Creatives move through test, validate and scale phases by your rules, on autopilot or with approval first.

Anomaly alerts

CPA spikes, tracking that stops firing and spend that stalls, flagged within hours.

Rule books as code

Your scaling and kill rules written once and applied the same way on every account.

Questions from agencies like yours

Which ad platforms do you support?

Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn through their official APIs. Commando also runs on Moloco.

Can the system pause ads by itself?

If you allow it. Most agencies start with approve-first, where every change waits in Slack, then switch trusted rules to autopilot.

How do you handle API rate limits on big accounts?

We queue and batch requests and use each platform's reporting endpoints the way they're meant to be used. It's the part we've built most often.

How much does it cost?

Every build is fixed scope and fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. We quote after a call because a reporting dashboard and a multi-tenant SaaS are very different jobs. A monthly retainer after handover is optional.

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your repository and runs on your accounts from day one. If we stop working together, it keeps running as it is.

Is our client data safe? Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign an NDA before we see any client account, use the official platform APIs with the narrowest permissions the job needs, and keep the data on your infrastructure.
