Automate your agency in 30 days

In 30 days and for a fixed price, we find the work eating your team's week, prototype the fix, then ship it.

What does an AI automation sprint fix?

Most agencies have a handful of repetitive jobs that eat a big part of every week. The sprint finds them, ranks them by hours saved and automates the top ones first. A person on your team still approves anything that touches spend.

Who it's for

  • Agencies where account managers spend Monday mornings copying numbers into client decks
  • Teams that check budgets, ad approvals and tracking by hand every day
  • Owners who know AI could help but don't know where to start or who to trust with the ad accounts

How does the 30-day sprint work?

Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before we start. Optional monthly retainer after handover.

  1. 1
    Days 1 to 3

    Discovery calls with your team

We talk to the people who do the work: account managers, media buyers, ops. We map where the hours go, tool by tool and client by client.

  2. 2
    Days 4 to 6

    AI audit report

A written report: where the time goes, what to automate first, what it should save each week, and what we would leave alone. It's yours to keep.

  3. 3
    Weeks 1 to 2

    Prototype

We build the first automation against your real ad accounts, in a sandbox, so you see it work on your own data before the full build.

  4. 4
    Weeks 2 to 4

    Build and test

We build the rest, connect it to Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify, Slack or ClickUp, and run it next to your team on live data until the numbers match.

  5. 5
    Day 30

    Deliver, train, hand over

The code goes into your repository, running on your accounts. We train the team, write the docs and record a walkthrough.

What do you get?

Everything below is yours at handover: code, docs, accounts and approvals.

  • AI audit report with a ranked list of what to automate
  • A working prototype on your own accounts in the first two weeks
  • Production automations deployed on your infrastructure
  • Source code in your repository, under your name
  • Written docs, a recorded walkthrough and a team training session
  • Optional monthly retainer for changes and new automations

What do agencies usually automate first?

Client reporting

Weekly and monthly reports pulled from Meta, Google and TikTok, written in your voice, sent on your branding.

Budget pacing

Every account checked against its monthly budget each morning. Over and under pacing lands in Slack with a suggested fix.

Creative testing

New creatives launched into test ad sets, winners and losers called by your rules, results posted for approval.

Client onboarding

Access requests, naming conventions, tracking checks and the kickoff doc, done the same way for every new client.

Campaign QA

Broken URLs, disapproved ads, missing UTMs and conversion tracking that stopped firing, caught before the client notices.

Slack and ClickUp ops

Tasks created from alerts, statuses updated from the ad platforms, and a daily summary of what needs a human.

AI Automation Sprint: common questions

What if the audit shows nothing worth automating?

Then the report says so. The audit comes first on purpose, so you decide whether the build is worth it with real numbers in front of you.

Can the automations change budgets on their own?

Only if you want them to. By default anything that touches spend waits for someone on your team to approve it in Slack.

Do we need developers to keep it running?

No. We deploy it, document it and train the team. If you want changes later, the optional retainer covers them, or any developer can pick up the code.

Which tools does it work with?

Anything with an API. Most sprints touch Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Shopify, Klaviyo, Slack, ClickUp, Google Sheets and n8n.

How much does it cost?

Every build is fixed scope and fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. We quote after a call because a reporting dashboard and a multi-tenant SaaS are very different jobs. A monthly retainer after handover is optional.

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your repository and runs on your accounts from day one. If we stop working together, it keeps running as it is.

Is our client data safe? Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign an NDA before we see any client account, use the official platform APIs with the narrowest permissions the job needs, and keep the data on your infrastructure.
