1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Scalvo website at scalvo.ai and any free resources we publish. By using the site you agree to these terms. Scalvo (“Scalvo”, “we”, “us”) is a software development and AI automation agency.

2. Services and proposals

We provide custom development and automation services — including ads systems, workflow automations, AI agents, and Shopify and developer apps. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any project are set out in a separate written proposal or statement of work (“SOW”). Booking a call or contacting us does not by itself create a contract or commitment to deliver any work.

3. Free resources

We publish free resources — such as n8n automations, setup guides, and code snippets — to be helpful. They are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and adapting them before use, and for complying with the terms of any third-party platform or tool they interact with.

4. Third-party platform approvals

Where a project involves submitting an app for review or approval (for example with Meta, TikTok, or Shopify), final decisions rest with those platforms and are subject to their policies and processes, which can change. We bring our experience and track record to maximise the likelihood of approval and will work with you through the review process; any specific commitments for an engagement are defined in the applicable SOW.

5. Intellectual property

Unless your SOW says otherwise, ownership of the custom deliverables we build for you transfers to you upon full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how, and of any general components not specific to your project, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. The content and branding on this website remain our property.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, payment schedule, and any “starting from” prices shown on this site are indicative; the binding amounts for a project are those stated in your SOW. Invoices are payable per the terms set out there.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your non-public business, technical, and client information as confidential and use it only to deliver your project. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before sharing sensitive details.

8. Disclaimers

The website and free resources are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Warranties relating to project deliverables, if any, are those set out in your SOW.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalvo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our free resources. Our liability in connection with any project is limited as set out in the applicable SOW.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
