Before you book
How much does it cost?
Every build is fixed scope and fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. We quote after a call because a reporting dashboard and a multi-tenant SaaS are very different jobs. A monthly retainer after handover is optional.
Who owns the code?
You do. It lives in your repository and runs on your accounts from day one. If we stop working together, it keeps running as it is.
Is our client data safe? Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA before we see any client account, use the official platform APIs with the narrowest permissions the job needs, and keep the data on your infrastructure.
How long does it take?
The AI Automation Sprint runs 30 days, with a prototype in the first two weeks. A single tool replica usually takes 4 to 8 weeks. Products are scoped per build, and you get a timeline before you sign.
What if it doesn't work?
You see a prototype on your own accounts before the full build, and the scope is written down before you pay for it. If something we built doesn't do what the scope says, we fix it.
Will this replace my team?
No. It takes the copy-and-paste work off your team so they spend the week on clients. Anything that touches spend waits for a person to approve it.
Will my clients know you built it?
No. We work white-label under NDA. Dashboards, reports and emails ship under your agency's name and domain.
