We build the SaaS you sell
We research the market, prototype the UX, build the product on the ad platform APIs and launch it. You sell, we build.

“We ship integrations for a living, so we don't trust black boxes. The normalized API and live activity log gave us the visibility to standardize on it across every client.”
Simon Sun, CTO, Automatik

What makes a tool a sellable product?
An internal tool works because your team knows its quirks. A product has to work for strangers: sign-up, billing, permissions, many tenants, many ad accounts, and app approvals from Meta, Google, TikTok or Shopify. We've built that multi-tenant layer before, so you're not paying for us to learn it.
Who it's for
- Agencies with an internal tool clients keep asking to buy
- Founders who know the agency market and want a product without hiring a dev team
- Agencies that want recurring software revenue next to service revenue
How do we build your product?
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before we start. Optional monthly retainer after handover.
- 1Step 1
Product-market fit check
Who pays, how much, and what they use today. We talk to your clients or target agencies before we design anything.
- 2Step 2
Product and user research
We map the jobs users hire the product for and cut the first version down to the ones that matter.
- 3Step 3
UX and UI prototype
A clickable prototype you can put in front of buyers. We change it until they'd pay for it.
- 4Step 4
Product development
Multi-tenant app, auth, billing, the ad platform integrations and an admin panel, built in short cycles you can demo.
- 5Step 5
Launch
Production hosting, app reviews with the platforms, onboarding, and the first customers on board.
What do you get?
Everything below is yours at handover: code, docs, accounts and approvals.
- Market and user research summary
- Clickable UX prototype
- A multi-tenant SaaS app with auth, billing and admin
- Integrations with Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify or Klaviyo
- Platform app approvals where the product needs them
- Source code, infrastructure and accounts in your name

Who owns the product?
You do. The code, the hosting, the platform apps and the customers are all in your company's name.
Do you take equity or revenue share?
No. It's a fixed-price build agreed before we start, with an optional monthly retainer after launch.
Can you build on top of the ad platform APIs at scale?
Yes. Relay runs many ad accounts across many tenants, with rate limits, token refresh and retries handled in our own API layer.
Do we need a technical co-founder?
Not to build it. We handle architecture, development and launch. If you hire a developer after launch, we hand over to them.
How much does it cost?
Every build is fixed scope and fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. We quote after a call because a reporting dashboard and a multi-tenant SaaS are very different jobs. A monthly retainer after handover is optional.
Who owns the code?
You do. It lives in your repository and runs on your accounts from day one. If we stop working together, it keeps running as it is.
Is our client data safe? Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA before we see any client account, use the official platform APIs with the narrowest permissions the job needs, and keep the data on your infrastructure.
Bring one workflow that eats your week
30 minutes with Tarek. You leave with a clear answer on what to automate first, even if we never work together.

“Scalvo replaced a roadmap item that would've eaten a full quarter. We connected Meta, Google, and TikTok in a single afternoon and never looked back.”
